Star Awards 2017 - Group Winners

On the 6th of June Broomfields Youth Project won the 2017 Star Award in the group category. The award was a great honour and was thanks to all of our volunteers.

John Harper (BYP Youth Worker) said "Last night the volunteers of Broomfields Youth Project were nominated in the Warrington Star Volunteer Awards 2017, at the end of a wonderful evening hosted by the Mayor to recognise the fantastic volunteers who give so much to our town. At the climax of the evening (the group award) there were 16 nominees from some amazing charities. We literally couldn't believe it when they announced that our volunteers had won! But in many ways it should be no surprise because our volunteers are incredible in their faithfulness, longevity, enthusiasm and giftings, as they model Christ-like service to our young people. Thank you to all our volunteers. We literally couldn't do a thing without you. This is for you and for His glory."
